Here’s my commentary. Uh, wow. It’s good to see a new generation of yogis exploring the more difficult poses in yoga…as long as, you know, all that breathwork and stilling the waves of the mind come along for the ride.

    I don't even really "do" yoga, but I wish I could do that.

    They HAVE to do that, at minimum, in order to get anything out of it. I'd been taught by those acrobats. They almost all have attitudes.

    I met someone my age who, I had no idea why, continued to train in "that" style, but teaches restorative yoga (fairly well, I may add…"ghettoized" there at that shala). There but for the grace of God, she could have been following me to a more suitable studio … Then again, maybe she doesn't want to go gracefully into that dark night …

    That being said, it's us earthbound yogis who get more out of every little thing we can do. Peace to you when you are 50 and arthritic … may we someday meet again … if you make it to the same place beyond.
