Longtime elephriend Sandja and her daughter took elephant’s organic tote bag for a grand tour, recently:

Copenhagen is a fabulous city filled with bikes, windmills, old and new architecture, colorful fashionistas and the male version thereof, nerdy intelligencias, lots of kids everywhere in Christiania bikes being transported through one of the world’s cleanest big cities.

Proud to be a Dane, I was grown on such noble cultural values as cleanliness (as opposed to pollution), low carbon footprint, low-waste principles and “the slow life.” Every summer my daughter, Amilija and I spend as much time in Scandinavia as possible. This year, the new ele tote made its way around the city and island of Bornholm during our travels. ~ Sandja Brugmann

“More windmills and electric cars. More bikes and parks. Fewer coal plants and beef patties. This is Copenhagen’s recipe for becoming the world’s first carbon-neutral capital by 2025. “

  1. […] then pick 32 winners + mail you an organic canvas “membership” tote, […]

  2. Spent a couple weeks there in December for COP15….amazing. Amazing people, amazing city, and once you figure out that the red light districts have the best and cheapest eats, amazing food.

Too bad everyone speaks with a funny accent.

There are two little booths on a bridge on the walk over to Christiana….that would make amazing micro-hotels.

You two are adorable. Someday, I'll check out the eco-lovin' lifestyle in Denmark too!
