Reflections 2010 is an interview series with leaders in the yoga and mindful living community. Hosted by Donna Freeman, the goal of these interviews is to encourage, inspire and get to know a little of the person behind the yoga mat. Esther Ekhart

YouTube yoga sensation, Esther Ekhart, joins us from West Cork, Ireland the location of her Ekhart Yoga studio. Originally from Holland, Esther moved to Ireland where her husband built a now infamous Cob style yoga studio surrounded by stunning hills & valleys. She reaches the world via twice weekly YouTube videos which receive hundreds of thousands of views. With careful and precise instructions, Esther encourages and guides beginners and advanced yogis alike to achieve strength, flexibility and joy on and off the mat. She joins us to share her insights into yoga, holiday traditions and her plans for 2011 .

Teacher, author and expert on yoga for kids and teens, Donna Freeman firmly believes that yoga can be done anywhere, by anyone, at anytime. She grew up in British Columbia, Canada but was introduced to yoga while living in Cape Town, South Africa during her nomad years.
