Parents in Boulder or within driving distance have the unique opportunity to spend time with Regina Sara Ryan and Rahima Baldwin Dancy exploring the theme of “Igniting Your Inner Life” through parenting or as a mother:
Friday night, February 11th, from 7-9 pm, Regina will be presenting a talk for all parents on “Igniting Your Inner Life through Parenting.” She will share three pillars that uphold the inner life and ways to develop each within the constant demands of parenting. Saturday, February 12th from 9-5, Regina and Rahima will be leading an experiential workshop for women around the theme of “Igniting Your Inner Life as a Mother.” The days’ agenda is planned to include:
- Exploring the deeper dimensions of mothering and feminine wisdom
- Renewing our energy through conversation, art and movement
- Accepting and transforming the shadow side of our mothering
- Entering the cave of the heart, a place of sanctuary, to refresh our souls
Both events will be held in north Boulder, at Shining Mountain Waldorf High School (see the flyer below or www.informedfamilylife.org for full information and early registration discounts through Jan. 20th).
Regina Ryan is an internationally-known presenter and author of The Woman Awake and Igniting the Inner Life. Rahima Baldwin Dancy is an early childhood and parenting educator based in Boulder and the author of You Are Your Child’s First Teacher.
