On October 15th 2011, Adidas team athlete, Sasha DiGiulian became the first American women to climb the grade 9a (5.14d) with her historic ascent of “Pure Imagination” in Kentucky’s Red River Gorge. Keith Ladzinski and Andy Mann (Three Strings Media) were there to capture her efforts and tell her story.

    (not sure it was a totally clean climb as there appeared to be a piece of hardware waiting for her at the crux, but holy moly!)

    Love her spirit and determination! Very often though its the people who lack raw talent and wil never be the best and yet get out every weekend and push themselves! Their determination inspires me as does Sasha

    I like pink! It was my fave color when I was a boy until my first grade teacher told me it was girl's color. So I matter-of-factly chose orange, still my favorite color today, probably.

    I think everyone should be allowed to love pink!
