Creative goods that are so local the paint is still wet

Factory Made Boulder opens Friday night, 16th December, and intends to redefine factory direct manufacturing. The Boulder based start-up, Factory Made Boulder, is walking the walk, and producing hand made goods locally and there is a twist.

The former furniture warehouse at 21st and Pearl features a fiber/sewing studio, a fabrication workspace, woodworking machine tools, a digital media lab and a digital music recording studio. In addition to a retail shop and manufacturing facilities at the burgeoning East End of Pearl Street, Factory Made Boulder will use the open plan for lectures, concerts and performances.

Factory Made Boulder is a new market and showroom for art and design good by local makers, go to http://www.factorymadeboulder.com for more information.
