Yoga with Kids Can Be Peaceful. {Video} ~ Anastasia Halldin

Have you ever tried to hold still in a headstand, while one of your kids is taking your other kid’s toy and the first one is screaming bloody murder?

Yes, yoga with children presents its own challenges and the concept of “inner peace amongst chaos” takes on a whole other meaning when you have someone constantly disturbing your practice.

Yoga with kids can be somewhat peaceful, however. Especially, if you remain flexible and involve them in what you do. I made this video to show you how to involve small kids in your yoga practice.

Anastasia Halldin is a mother of three. She has a Ph.D. in nutrition, she speaks four languages and has produced 13 yoga videos. Now she is busy homeschooling and writing a blog of delicious vegetarian recipes at healthymamainfo.com.

Love the space you create for your beautiful child. Love the connection. So inspiring!
