    My “favorite” is the premise that the abused “calls the abuse upon themselves.” oh yes, I’ve seen it touted from MANY ‘The Secret” sites. “well, you must have needed that abuse to teach you something,” or “that baby that died from abuse needed that experience.” It completely negates and ignores the “secret” of someone else’s FREE WILL.
