Happy 100th Birthday Julia Child!

Before Michael Pollan was champion of  the Slow Food movement in America, we had Julia Child:

“Cooking is like love; it should be entered into with abandon or not at all.”

It’s fun to get together and have something good to eat at least once a day.”

“You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces—just good food from fresh ingredients.”

“…small helpings, no seconds, no snacking and a little bit of everything.”

Bon Appetit!
