Yoga In My School host Donna Freeman welcomes guests Paul Zipes, Dr. Daniel Libby, Robin Carnes and David Frankel to discuss yoga for soldiers and veterans.

The mental and emotional health of service members and veterans is of paramount concern as up to 20 percent of veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan wars are suffering from PTSD.
