How to Manifest Your Dreams.

Have you got a dream inside of you that you would love to bring to life?

In this article, I want to share with you five distinctions that enabled my husband and I to manifest a dream that we have been envisioning together.

Our Creative Dream:

Eighteen months ago, Damien (my husband) and I bought a very unloved English Victorian terraced house, with a small ‘greasy spoon’ café underneath it. Since buying the property, we have been dreaming about the day that we would be able to use the space in a creative way.

We wanted to transform the property into a light-filled, creative space for Damien to do his work in, and also have a space large enough for me to run my ‘Yoga and Healing’ workshops and seaside detox retreats.

Last week, we manifested that dream. We used the space to create a short yoga promo (for the upcoming MindBody Weight Loss Summit that I am participating in). It was it was so exciting to have it come to life!

Here are five keys that allowed us to manifest our dream. I hope that these ideas can help you to manifest your dreams as well.

1. Create a Clear Vision.

What is it that you want to create? How will you know when you have achieved your goal?

When you have a clear vision it will give you a powerful why, enabling you to use your talents, resources and strengths in the best possible way.

2. Get Support.

Surround yourself with the right support. This support might be from your friends, co-workers or your family members.

Depending on your personal dream, support can come in many different forms. You might require financial, mental or emotional support.

Having the right support in your life will provide you with the space you need to nourish your dreams. The right support will encourage you to stay true to your vision, especially when the going gets tough.

3. Navigate the Challenges.

On this project, we have certainly had our fair share of challenges and obstacles to navigate.

With any dream worth pursuing, be ready for the challenges that will inevitably arise. Try to think of your challenges as personal invitations for growth.

Remind yourself that challenges are always going to be an important part of the journey.

Keep your focus on your vision, and take the time to learn from each challenge you successfully navigate. Notice how each challenge, enables you to grow stronger, wiser and more courageous.

4. Timing is Everything.

Remember that as you go about manifesting your dreams, timing is everything.

Each dream has it’s own timing, which may in reality have nothing to do with your personal timing. Trying to force anything will typically only create stress in your life. Allow things to unfold naturally ‘through you,’ rather than ‘by you.’

Know that when the timing is wrong, nothing you do can make things happen, but equally, when the timing is right, nothing you do can stop your dream from manifesting!

5. Imagine your Dream Manifest.

Consciously focus your time and energy on seeing your dream already manifested in the world. What would it look like? What would it feel like? When your dream has manifested what would you hear, taste, touch? What impact will your project have in the world?

Take a moment to notice who you need to become for your dream to manifest. Let go of who you have been so that you can now grow into the person you are in the process of becoming.

You truly can manifest your dreams!

When you stay true to your vision and ensure you have the right support in your life, you can bring your dreams to life. Your dreams are there for a reason. You truly deserve to manifest your dreams into the world.

    You have a lot to offer; a lot of great advice on Manifesting Dreams, but I’d like to add, if I may, that your purpose in life, your calling comes from GOD ABOVE so if you subject yourself to Him, you’re much more likely to manifest your dreams 😉 God bless.

    I think it's so amazing for each individual to take that first step and actually recognize their dreams and take action on them. Many people seem to float through life on cruise control and don't step outside of their comfort zone. I love surrounding myself with people who have made a conscious effort to create their dream life and are living it (and appreciate each and every movement).
