hold it loosely, playfully, lovingly
don’t steer the moment
acknowledge it
be in it
breathe it
see the other, love her and allow her to love you
in gratitude, in light, in acceptance
remember your home, your shifting story
refill yourself with loving moments
share them with others
refill yourself in sharing with others
love.
