I love the soreness that comes from a long day of skiing Colorado powder.

It means I skied hard (or fell too many times) and deserve a good stretch.

As a yoga instructor, I’m frequently asked to lead my friends through yoga stretches after a long day of “shredding the gnar.” However, I can’t always be there to lead an après-ski yoga session.

So, I’ve discovered the following three videos for skiers and snowboarders looking for a good stretch after a long day in the pow pow:
