Aloe Vera Juice: 1 Solution for Many Problems. ~ Surela Mukherjee

Aloe Vera Plant

My mother started drinking aloe vera juice daily, I thought it was just a health fad—I was proved wrong.

I have seen an Aloe Vera plant several times on my grandfather’s terrace garden thinking it just to be an ordinary ornamental plant. I have also used Aloe Vera shampoos and soothing gels, but I never imagined the juice of the plant was meant for drinking.

My mother started the aloe vera drinking habit at home, and after a week, her complexion was glowing. My curiosity was piqued, and I started following her regimen.

Trust me, the results were simply mind blowing.

Get familiar with Aloe Vera:

Aloe barbadensis Mill is a succulent plant with serrated leaves, and its scientific epithet ‘Vera’ means true and genuine. Ancient Egyptians called Aloe Vera the plant of “immortality.”

Too much of everything is not good.

Make sure that the natural aloe supplements and capsules you consume don’t contain unhealthy fillers. Study the chemical composition printed on the labels of aloe vera juice bottles to see the percentage of aloe vera.

It is always better to ask your physician before consuming Aloe Vera.
