Cheer Up on the Spot.

imagination

It sounds impossible, but it can be done!

There are three very important components to process before we jump into the exercise that will change our lives.

#1. Breath.

Your breath holds the key to controlling your lives.

Your breath plays an integral part in controlling the heart and influencing your mood.

Have you noticed that when you’re stressed your breath becomes fast and shallow?

The heart starts beating faster and the stress hormone, cortisol starts elevating. Controlling your breath will allow you to control the crucial aspects of  your physical and emotional selves.

Taking deep and slow breathes will slow down the heart rate, decrease cortisol production and enhance your mood.

#2. Perspective.

Change your perspective and you can change the world.

Your world starts with you.

If you view your world with negative emotions, you will attract negativity. So, change your perspective and appreciate the beauty in all the little things that life offers you.

Life is a blessing, so fill your view of life with positive thoughts and feelings.

This will allow you to attract all the positivity that your heart desires.

#3. Lust.

Not sexual lust!

The same drive and desire that you have for sex, you should have for life.

Fill your heart with the lust and passion for life.

Every day you wake up is an opportunity to romance your life.

Your life is precious and you know it. So pursue it with passion and desire. Pursue it with lust!

Now that we have covered these three important components, we can proceed with the 60 second exercise that will change your life!

Sit somewhere comfortable.

Sit up straight.

Close your eyes and take a couple of deep breathes, inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Visualize that everything inside of you is positive and everything around is full of positivity as well.

Feel the fire of lust inside of your belly burning bright as you breathe deeply and slowly.

Now repeat the following mantra five times: “I am consciousness. I am happy!”
