My grandfather is 94 years old. My grandma is 93.
They’re not on any news programs giving advice on how they made it this far (yet), but they’re an incredible example I feel privileged to have grown up watching.
How did they manage to live so long and still be in such great health? Well, there’s their cheerful attitude, their practice of having a salad with every meal, that glass of wine with dinner, and a lot of other factors that I can’t do justice to in this brief article. But this little infographic made me think of them when I saw it. My grandfather’s favorite vegetable is cauliflower, and it happens to be a superfood! Who knew?
