Excellent talk. Clarifies anger very well. I’ve been dealing with anger issues my entire life and everyone around and myself included have always tried to suppress it, telling me not to get angry. Eventually like a volcano I’d erupt. But using that anger to figure out the cause of it sounds like a great way to deal with it. Very good talk all in all.

THANK YOU for your talk; I have often thought of and agree with many of the tenets you said. Nonetheless, one can hardly have too many reminders and your comments came at just the right time for me (post-argument with a friend of 30 years who I am having troubles with at the moment). Anyways, Great Synchronicity with the talk. I have watched many of your talks and really appreciate your clear (and down-to-Earth) style; THANKS again Waylon. Take Care. Namaste.
