My husband and I had fallen into a monotonous sex routine.
Over time, we simply lost our burning desire for one another, and often chose to pay bills instead of being intimate.
But these four exciting tricks completely recharged our sex life.
1. Muira Puama
This fabulous Brazilian aphrodisiac increases sexual thoughts and desires within 30 minutes of drinking the tea. Boil 1 to 2 tablespoons of the muira puama root in about eight ounces of water and steep for 15 to 20 minutes. Share half with your partner. The first time we drank this tea, we both felt the blood rush to our genitals within 10 minutes and we could not wait to get our clothes off. Now it’s your turn.
2. Naked for six minutes
Get naked for six minutes with your partner. Touch different parts of each other’s bodies and see what unfolds. My husband and I have found that it can take as little as six minutes for both of us to climax. Who doesn’t have six minutes to spare?
3. Perineum energy
This next exercise is something that, believe it or not, I learned about from a mom I just barely met at the park. She told me to have my partner place his head on my perineum, which is the space between my anus and genitals. I shuddered as I surrendered to the warm pulse throbbing through my vagina while he succumbed to the pulse through his head. Then we switched places to trade experiences. 4. Kissing month
My husband and I now spend every January wrapped in each other’s kisses, refraining from any genital contact. The sparks reignite between us, leading to days and nights of teenage lust. We often find ourselves, stripped naked groaning and moaning, wanting each other so badly, even orgasming just from the excitement of it all. With our clothes back on, it is like we are dating again and can’t keep our hands off each other. Then come February, we have the best sex ever!
If I had known spicing up my sex life could have been so easy, I would have tried these simple and creative tricks much earlier.
