Newton’s Third Law

fear
is what makes the little girl
(shy
and her shyness
is what makes her)
brave

fear
is what makes the shy girl
(silent
and her silence
is what makes her)
write

fear
is what makes the silent girl
(run
and running
is what makes her)
escape

fear
is what makes the running girl
(weep
and the release
is what makes her)
strong

fear
is what makes the weeping girl
(feel
and feeling all of this
is what makes the woman)
unafraid

Jenny Yarborough

Jenny Yarborough is from the Yoga Block, and she is the founder—Mama Rabbit—of White Rabbit Trips: a mindful events and retreats company. Jenny lives in a little, yellow house by the beach that she named “The Honey Hole” because it’s so sweet. She is a writer (with two first place awards from the NCPA), yogi, yoga teacher (RYT200), athlete (she played football with the boys!), mama to two dogs (Hickory and Iris), and a lover (not a hater). As the Mama Rabbit of White Rabbit Trips, she reminds you: The only way out is in.
