Indian Conception has always condemned anger because it is the energy which might occur for a fraction of a second, but its effect may last longer than one can even imagine. This negative energy resonates throughout the body at a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. An approximated 80 to 90 percent of visits to the doctor are stress-related and mental-related, but only 3 to 4 percent of doctor recommend that with the help of Yoga, you can reduce your mental, stress, and anger-related Problems.

Yoga also trains your counter-stress response system. If you do Yoga on a regular base, your chronic daytime stress hormones levels drop, and your heart rate variability progress, which is a measure of your ability to tolerate stress. That has been shown to improve even after a few practice sessions of Yoga.

Meditation

The word meditation comes from the Latin word meditārī.

The Physical aspect of practicing asanas is Yoga and which helps your body Prepare for meditation. Meditation evaluates your spirituality, helping to connect with the higher mindfulness. This helps to reduce your Anger and Stress.

As we all know, meditation can be done at any time, but I’ll tell you the best time to Meditate. The most advantageous times to meditate are 4 AM and  4 PM. You all want to know the reason behind, so the reason is the angle between the earth and the sun is 60 degrees and that being in a sitting position at these times will balance the pituitary and pineal glands providing you excellent results.

1) Balasana or Child Pose

Balasana is a comfortable Yoga Asana that can even be performed by beginners.

  • This pose helps lengthen and stretch out the spine.
  • It relaxes the body and rid out from stress.

2) Rabbit Pose (Sasangasana)

The Word Rabbit Pose comes from the Sanskrit Word ‘sasaka’ = ‘rabbit’, ‘asana’ = ‘posture/pose’.

  • It helps to reduce the stiffness of the back neck.
  • Rabbit Pose Oxygenates the brain cells by reducing the feeling of mental fatigue, anxiety and depression.

3)Plow Pose (Halasana)

It is derived from the Sanskrit word ‘hala’ which means ‘plough’.

  • It Increases blood circulation.
  • Useful for asthma, bronchitis.
  • During menopause, it helps women.
  • It increases the Inner Calm.

4)Easy Pose (Sukhasana)

While Doing the Easy pose stay for 5 breaths, Easy pose is a comfortable seated pose for meditation. It keeps our brain relaxed.

5)Corpse Pose (Savasana)

This pose gets its name from the prostrate posture of a dead body. It is a position of relaxation.

  • Corpse pose brings a deep, meditative state of rest, further may help in the repair of tissues and cells, and in releasing stress.
  • It helps reduce blood pressure, anxiety, and insomnia.

Anger-The word is small but it’s hard to imagine the impact of it. 

Anger causes the brain to release some hormones and neurotransmitters, which has a long-lasting outburst of emotions circulating within the body.

You can reduce this with having regular asana practice, for at least 30 min every day. You may not be an expert do the basic asanas like Talasana, Sukhasana, Yog mudra, Paschimottanasana, Utkatasana will help a lot.

  • There are some physical activities which balance your emotions by supporting the mind and brain, like Pratipaksha Bhavana, the impermanence of the situation and meditation with the help of these physical activities you will get a fruitful, long-lasting impact on anger.
  • It is helpful only with the regular and continuous practice of Yoga.

1) Talasana

It is also called  Palm tree pose, and this posture stretches all the muscles of the body lengthwise.

  • It improves the functioning of the veins.

 2)Yog mudra

Yoga Mudras are simply rituals which are used in both Hindu and Buddhist traditions. Which describes symbolic gestures.

  • The internal energy creates an impact on the sensory organs, tendons, and glands veins.

3)Paschimottanasana

The word comes from the Sanskrit, Paschimottanasana covers an entire system in the body and is particularly useful for diabetes and high blood pressure.

Benefits of this Asana

  • Paschimottanasana calms the mind and also relieves mild depression and stress.
  • With the help of this kidneys, liver, uterus, and ovaries are activated.
  • High blood pressure, insomnia, infertility, and sinusitis can be cured with this asana.
  • This asana works particularly well for women after they have delivered a child.

4)Utkatasana

This asana is all about sitting on that imaginary chair. Utkatasana translates into a significant or powerful pose. This asana is also called the Chair Pose, the Powerful Pose, the Awkward Pose, and the Fierce Pose.

Benefits of this Asana

  • Following this, asana gives the hips, spine, and chest muscles a good stretch.
  • You could lose weight, especially from the buttocks with regular practice, and also helps relieve joint pains and back pains.
