Three Mindful Life Challenges to “actually” Enlighten your Life.

The challenge is to pick one of the following three tasks and apply it to your life for one month:

  1. Forgo plastic lined to-go cups
  2. Take your shoes off when you enter a house or office
  3. No multitasking while on your phone

The goal? To allow yourself the gift of enjoying life. After one month, pick the next task.
