I’m officially obsessed by this loop, looper, live looping app/software.
“What’s that?” you say? It’s the modern world meets Prince-style musical majesty, wherein the artist (aka musical god) creates melodic magic using software or apps.
I first saw it in “Pitch Perfect 3” when Beca looped on DJ Khalid’s music. As the algorithm eyes are always watching and listening, soon other looper (looped? I really don’t know) videos appeared in my timeline.
Here are two of my current favorites, the first video shows more of the process and, as one commenter quipped, “When you wanna start a band but none of your friends have any musical talent…” you do this:
