Nowadays, families are trying to maximize their time together. They are converting every “me time”  to “our time”. They are combining the fitness time and family time to spend more quality time together to increase the efficiency and fun. In 2020, you can focus on following classes:

 

  1. Kids Yoga Classes – We all are getting familiar with the benefits of yoga in our daily life. We all think that we should have started it at an early age. Getting our kids started with yoga classes is one of the best options to prepare them for a better future. This is the right age to teach them correct breathing techniques, stress management techniques and  developing core strength of the personality. So,  it will be a big trend change in yoga practise in the year 2020 as people will be looking for targeted yoga classes on injury-focused and sports-focused. 

Trend#5 – Yoga Practice with Tech Tools 

The tech trend is invading all areas of our life at home and at work. The health and fitness area is no exception. The usage of monitoring tools for tracking practice sessions and measuring performance will make the yoga practice more interesting in the year 2020. Also, the use of online resource libraries will expand the yoga knowledge paradigm and make it available globally.  Now, yoga studios must focus on adding technology and tools during yoga practice sessions to boost performance. 

In 2020, the world will be focusing on yoga HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) as it will be the perfect balanced yoga practice of hardworking stretches with sharp bursts of intensity.  It ensures that you’re using all of your muscles.
