It’s okay to not be inspired.
To question where you are now, when at one point it was everything you wanted.
To have a hard time letting go of what you know is unable to expand with you.
Feeling history and growth play tug-of-war with one another.
We are all in such a hurry to arrive.
To the career.
Believing once we get to where we once wanted to be, we can no longer long for more.
We date to find the one.
Work to climb the ladder.
Show up in social circles to elevate our reputation.
Existing for the purpose.
Instead of the experience.
Failing to see that the purpose is the experience.
Just give yourself permission to hear your heart cues and follow them.
Knowing tomorrow will bring new ones.
And you can honor those, too.
Forget about the arrival.
You are arriving every day.
And you are allowed to shine brighter than yesterday thought you could.
