The time is 5:51 pm. And I’m in my cubicle thinking, “If I have a stroke right now, would anyone really know? “. Because there’s literally only a handful of people in office today. All losers I’m sure.

Me included. Because who comes to office on a holiday? Sure, my project is US based and I’m supposed to be monitoring whats happening, but I feel like I’m in an empty refrigerator.

It’s so quiet. Oh God. Like horror movies quiet. And I can’t even Netflix because my phone ran out of charge. WAIT. Just realized that I only write here when I literally have nothing to do. Or actually want to do. See, the last time I actually sat down and wrote about my feelings and stuff is when I was preparing for my university exams in college. And here we are two years later. Still bored and still lazy to do work. But it’s not my fault. They should learn to decorate the office properly you know.

By “they” I have no idea who I’m talking about because I still have no idea who decides these things.

Really, is there something as an “office decorator?” Is that a real job? If so, can I switch jobs?

I suppose if I was in a HarryPotter themed office or something, I’d at least have the motivation to wake up and put on jeans and walk in here. But no. This has to be like the inside of a doctor’s waiting room. And I can hear movie music coming from somewhere. I guess somebody thought they were alone in this office and decided to netflix loudly. This is worse than the time the power went out in my place and I couldn’t even take a nap because I had just woken up from one.

Maybe I should just leave. Just go outside and watch the sunset or something. Maybe smell a flower.

I dunno. Even getting stung by a bee sounds better than sitting here listening to faraway music sounds and silence. Okay I was kidding. Nothing is worse that getting stung by a bee.
