In these places and spaces it is so easy to hide away and put up the barriers to love which shut us out to life.
This is the ‘practise’
This is the ‘work’
How do we stay open to possibility and connection when our heart is exposed, raw and vulnerable?
I fear shutting myself off and abandoning myself more than I fear another, the ‘perceived judgement or pain’ inflicted by another.
Others, it is true filter in and out of life – me – I am here 24/7
Time now to fully love, appreciate, accept and cherish this beautiful being of creation.
I choose – yes I choose. For yes, we are born into this world we choose daily to be born unto ourselves and we choose daily whether we show up for ourselves or not.
