#4 Simple Truth Bombs That Will Change Your Life

Tell me if you agree with this; It seems to me that we spend most of our lives on a schedule. 

We are continually making lists. Whether it’s;

  • Worklists
  • Shopping list
  • New Years lists
  • To-do Lists
  • 5 Year plans
  • Christmas present lists
  • It all mounts up to the same thing;

We are constantly living and measuring our lives by the tasks we create for ourselves on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis.

If we don’t achieve something on a list in the timeframe we’ve set, we immediately feel like we’ve failed. That’s when all our fears, insecurities, anxieties and beliefs about ourselves show up.
