“I’ll see what I can do”

This time tested phrase used to placate a petitioner without actually satisfying their request is being reborn and it’s a fascinating development.  It’s Interesting that the origin of International Men’s Day, November 19, came from the tropical islands nation of Trinidad and Tobago. It’s Interesting that the source of the this new popularity of  the ” I’ll see what I can do” mindset is midwest Africa. Stingy Men. You can get your official Stingy Men membership card for free( of course) at the Stingy Men Association, https://www.pd.co.ke/entertainment/what-you-should-know-about-stingy-men-association-sma-64719/  by simply promising to refuse to spend your money on things your wife, or girlfriend, of both. She can buy her own manicure, or clothing. This is an odd development from the cultures which have been heavy on the man side for centuries.  Something has broken the spell. This is happening in India as well with the dowry tradition. Is this a backlash or something else? The Stingy Men Association is built with humor and steely resolve. The age of the simp, the alpha, the pu**ywhipped is being sunsetted as the age of equality has yet to see the sunrise. Here in the US, it’s just a matter of time before men en masse simply stop footing the bill for love. First of all they can’t anymore, and soon they won’t even want to. Honestly, I haven’t bought a girl flowers in a decade already. American women spent considerably more than they earn and the cessation of that will have an effect on the whole economy, let alone the meet market. Bravo I say. Gender equality is only going to make men’s lives better, and that I say, I’ll see what I can do.
