Welcome to a journey I have taken down into the most revolutionary industries on the planet. We have first of all Blockchain Technology and is growing faster than any industry in the history of the past decade. In this article I will go through why I have chosen freelancing markets, Blockchain and Decentralized Finance or DEFI for short.

I started on this process for building a business and wanted to create something that could sustain the future of growing technologies. I began early in 2015 paying close attention to Blockchain Technology or Bitcoin to be honest. Bitcoin has grown faster than any asset in the world year over year today. Freelancing is setting a pace for growing and is a Trillion dollar industry. Freelancing in 2019 created 4.8% of the United States GDP. The industry is very competitive but with logic and innovation in which these companies are lacking, I feel the need to implement what my business is exactly intending to do. The idea alone of having Blockchain incorporated into business practices is becoming more of the norm in the here and now. In 2018 I paid $10,000 to a Freelance Developer on one of the competitions websites. I gained the knowledge of being a client and understanding the task of undergoing the process of any business looking for freelancing work to have a clear blueprint of the struggles and exact experience needed to grasp the market. The first reason that blockchain is a game changer for freelancing marketplaces is because it allows users from clients to freelancers to agree on a contract with Ethereum smart contracts. No longer do you have to worry about a contract not getting paid. The smart contracts if you are not familiar with how they work in essence, they allow a user to create a contract on a given specific requirement to fulfill and you can even add lines in the coded contract to have if and buts. So if you are not satisfied as a client on the work that is put into what you are paying for, you do not have to submit the funds until the job is completed correctly. This is a game changer on how freelancing markets can be nearly automated.

Second reason that blockchain integration will revolutionize how freelancing as a whole will shape the entire industry is the current freelancing marketplaces are neglecting major aspects of how they earn your business. The idea is that if you do not adapt to the growing technologies, you will be passed by those same technologies similar to how yellow pages are a thing of the past when the internet came over everyone laughed at the idea. It is one of the single most important inventions in the world. We all use the internet and can understand how only the businesses who were able to adapt were around to stand the test of time.

The freelancing platforms do have a competitive advantage by being in the industry longer and have credible capital to leverage their power behind their work but they are not adapting to how the future is heading. I think that the way to do freelancing should be cheaper to the end user and to the freelancer. The only way to do this is to create value in a way that reflects these benefits back to the end client and freelancer. I will explain in detail how we are intending to do this such task before they decide to start.

The third reason that Freelancing marketplaces will be revolutionized by blockchain technology is that the world is already headed in this direction. If you look at the news you will see that China announced the first ever digital backed currency. We all know that cryptocurrency will pave the pathways for traditional finance, jobs data and many other important backbones of the commerce sectors as a whole. It is no longer a fallacy if you have not known Blockchain is a Trillion dollar market, Freelancing is a Trillion dollar market and Finance also a TRILLION DOLLAR MARKET.

The fourth reason that freelancing platforms will need to focus on blockchain technology is because as the world heads towards a standard of this ever growing technology we will have a growing demand for freelancers and clients to pair up to tackle the best tasks to accomplish with the best evolving technology in the world. Finding the best clients and developers are already in this space and given the potential intend to stay in the space for a long time.

The last reason I have for you today that freelancing platforms will need to get with the program about integration with blockchain technology is from the pandemic we were faced with a harsh reality that the whole world shut down. No more jobs, no more food or income. Many people adapted as they had no choice in America to do so by supplementing what used to be their income with a job and in a hurry. I myself have run deliveries with a door dash app and you may have met me if you live in the Maryland landscape. I recently purchased a Cargo van and intend to implement freelancing work for Contractors to fulfill my use for the space I have in the van. I also see a great potential in having a van that allows me to travel the country and see places I have never been. No, I am not converting my cargo van into a conversion camper. But I do intend to use my ride to develop and blossom connections across this country to further develop my technology I am building and meet individuals that I can touch lives as I had a very tough past decade that would give insight to why I am the one to develop such a business that will win over not only the freelancing industry but also life coaching, Data and governance of that data. Also, the Finance industry will also be a growing technology involving blockchain technology. We plan to tackle 3 birds with one stone. As time goes on we will be building a platform that will enable users to find people for life help similar to a life coach and also bring governed data that will allow users to earn interest for their rewards earned cryptocurrency to earn even more. We will bring to you a freelancer marketplace, a Non profit Social Support platform and bring rewards systems of which you can cash out or deposit to earn interest of your coin that you were initially throwing away to our competitors like Guru Upwork and Fiverr. I am one person but I will be seeking a Co Founder and plan to keep rolling with the whole platform creation and integration of the biggest technology next to the internet.
