A Tea a day saves the day!

We all know it is that age, where we hustle, and bustle, grow and glow. While its sometimes very important to burn the midnight oil, it is equally important most of the times to also keep your sleep cycle on track and often in this age that has slightly become hard to achieve. Even reading is online via Social Media these days and as much as we would love social media articles, it does affect the reading time and the more the reading time, the more the screen time exceeds and hence you start to develop some symptoms of insomnia such as lack of desire to sleep, sleeping very late, in the morning and feeling drowsy even after 8 hours of sleep.

Here is what you can do to get your sleep cycle on track. I would strongly recommend these three teas

1. Chamomile Tea-
This tea is made from a wild flower. A flower that acts like a sleep catalyst as it is recommended for people struggling with sleep cycles. It contains an oxidant called Apigenin that helps you sleep better.

2. Lemon Tea
Super easy to brew. Just get some lemon balm and boil them with some black tea. It increases the GABA levels in the brain and hence help induce sleep.

3.Peppermint Tea
You must be wondering how is Peppermint tea better for a healthy sleep cycle. Well here is how. Peppermint tea acts as a muscle relaxant and hence in turn puts you to sleep and initiates a healthy sleep cycle.
