A Simple Breathing Practice to Ground, Steady & Energize in these Wild Times.

“Elephant is not your doctor or hospital. Our lawyers would say “this website is not designed to, and should not be construed to provide medical advice, professional diagnosis, opinion, or treatment to you or any other individual, and is not intended as a substitute for medical or professional care and treatment. Always consult a health professional before trying out new home therapies or changing your diet.” But we can’t afford lawyers, and you knew all that. ~ Ed.”

We are really feeling the rise and fall of being in lockdown here in Australia, and many people are using different things to cope.

I started out just wanting to give a little pranayama meditation practice to my mates who don’t have yoga subscriptions really. I’m going to record a few more different ones to pop up over the next few weeks.

Feel free to use this simple breathing practice and pass on to anyone you like. The more we can regulate our nervous systems at the moment, the better. Yoga and meditation give me an incredible sense of freedom. The focus on breath combined with fluid movement allows me to find a more open place in myself.
