How to Create a New Reality (if you Don’t Love the one you’re In).

How to shift into a state of effortless creation.

Do we see reality as it is? Or do we perceive reality through a filter created by our own personal beliefs, self-concepts, and assumptions?

I don’t know about you, but for most of my life, I assumed reality was fixed and that life was happening to me—and all events, circumstances, and unfavourable experiences were life lessons the universe was giving me for me to process and grow from. I believed I was a victim, and the game of life was all about learning how to overcome challenges and obstacles in order to succeed.

It wasn’t until my own spiritual awakening and need for answers that I began to understand that reality is a subjective experience that is attached to our “perceived identity.” Our life journey has created our experiences and expectations based on an identity we formed through a collection of beliefs, thought processes, and negative responses to our environment.

Through my own trial and error with detachment from my identity and moving to observing through a higher consciousness, I began to see reality as a movie playing out based on what my subconscious beliefs about myself and the world around me were projecting.

So how do we change the projection to create the reality we want?

When we are attached to an identity, we don’t see things as they are, we see them as we are.

Our identity is a lifetime of beliefs that have been embedded into our subconscious programming. We can only observe the same patterns if we don’t consciously choose to make the changes within. Life is not happening to you; it is happening through you.

I have explored many different modalities in energy work, shadow work, healing work, and searching for answers outside of myself. Nothing really changed until I took radical responsibility for everything in my life, until I developed an unshakeable belief that I was powerful and released any limitations around who I was.

The good news is you don’t have to go through years of healing work (you are not broken), you don’t have to wait for the universe to align things (because you are the universe experiencing and creating life), and you don’t have to “raise your vibration.” Your frequency will automatically and organically adjust itself when you change your internal beliefs and state of being.

No matter what reality you are currently experiencing, it can change instantaneously the moment you accept new beliefs internally as truth. The current reality is only a reflection of your past beliefs, thoughts, and feeling state. When your subconscious accepts the new beliefs, there is no “trying” or effort involved in manifesting the life you want—because your beliefs have shaped a new identity.

The subconscious is most absorbent to change when the brain waves are in “theta” state, which is the sleep state or during meditation when your active mind is asleep. Use this time to affirm some completely new beliefs about yourself.

“I am worthy.”

“I am abundant.”

“I always get what I want.”

“I am love and the source of love within and without.”

“I am confident and secure, and I need no validation to be happy.”

“I release the past and any limitations created by it.”

You can easily identify which beliefs you need to rewire by observing the patterns of your past—and this is where the “effort” part is. It is a re-programming (just like computer software) and will take at least 21 days for your subconscious mind to accept them. At first, your ego will try to reject them because the ego has tried to protect you from perceived harm that was really only ever an illusion.

Once these beliefs start to stick, your thoughts and actions will manifest differently and organically. You will find you don’t have to try and flip thoughts or force yourself to think differently. You think differently as a result of your new programming. There is no effort beyond this.

Circumstances, opportunities, and your worthy desires will start moving toward you now as you observe “reality” through a new identity. You have become what you seek.
