Just watched John Oliver’s report on homelessness. Nothing new particularly, but great and entertaining breakdown.
Conclusion: anti-homelessness doesn’t reduce homelessness. Real solutions do help the houseless and those with homes, both: providing housing, surrounded by necessary services, both saves money and…works. It isn’t easy, but it gives those who want to see less camping and public safety, and those who need help, both. It helps all of us.
PS: we need more public bathrooms.
