Our good astrologers are of opinion that unless Dasa agrees that the transit whatever is said that transit system will not operate. That is unless Dasa is good. Favorable transit cannot do well unless that Dasa is bad. Adverse transit cannot cause bad results said by genuine astrologer.

The extent to which a planet can give its results would be according to the strength or weakness, followed by good Astrologers, whether it is exalted or vargothamamsa or swakshetra or in the neutral sign or friend’s house or enemy’s camp or debilitated. The position of the sign denotes only the extent to which it can do good.

One should not mistake that the exalted planet will not offer evil results whatever Jupiter is exalted, the whole world should thrive, none can die, none can starve, and everyone must be successful.  How can it be possible? In the court of law, one can win, the other is to lose, for both, and Jupiter is exalted. Therefore, we should not interpret that exalted planets will invariably do well. Similarly, also we can’t say that the debilitated planets will do harm. It is absurd if one were to interpret it in that manner.
