This February, Elephant’s international community will gather for a meaningful, fun, practical Elephant Academy class on Maitri, the Buddhist path of practicing (not just talking about) making friends with ourselves more fully.
The last time we hosted our live Maitri Bootcamp in 2022, it was an intense time. We laughed. We cried (really). We wrote about our lives. We meditated. We grew up (a little).
