In complicated situations
It’s my nature
To always be there
Never turning anyone away
Even when I don’t agree
Or in the mood
But what about
My needs
Have the one I love
Feel the same way
Unconditionally
To feel secure
In all aspects of life
To be accepted
Regardless of faults
And differences
Difficult to share
My own thoughts
Without fear of being judged
Only a few
Would understand
My need
To be happy
And at peace
