There is no shortcut to getting to where we want to go in terms of healing. There is no fast track, no quick fix and no skip to the good part.

This being said you are more than enough! You are more than enough and worthy of love and loving from someone ready to give and receive love.

These two paragraphs sound contradictory I realize so let me come back to this “ you are more than enough” You are more than enough just as you are on your own. No amount of love can help a person get to the place to be ready for a relationship. Those that find themselves attracted to woundedness as a means of healing woundedness find this lesson hard. The wounded are attracted to other wounded souls like a moth is to a flame. We can choose another path. The healing path of self-love.

If you find yourself catching your breath caught up in your own lies of what could be remember this. You are more than enough…

More than enough looks like this

Today I will show up just for me

Showing up is a start.

I will follow the path back towards loving myself.

I will come back to myself when I start to rescue and pine for others for this light within is the love I am ready to receive.

I will clear my soul to let the light shine.

I am ready to recieve.

I accept my woundedness.

I am enough

I am enough without fixing and lifting another to fill that woundedness

I am more than enough and so are you!
