5 Daily Rituals To Help Us Manifest More Of What We Want


“We are what we repeatedly do.” Aristotle

In my work as a Manifestation Coach I teach people how to use the Law of Attraction to get what they want.

This is a process of changing one’s energetic frequency to match that of their desires so they can attract what they want into their experience.

Or, in the words of the great Albert Einstein:

“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality. It can be no other way. This is not philosophy. This is physics.”

So how does one change their energetic frequency?

Through consistent action.

It is not enough for us to think or visualise about our desires once or twice.

We need to practice consistent actions that have the power to change our vibration and bring us into alignment with our desires on a regular basis.

The payoff?

We end up manifesting more of what we want.


Here are 5 Daily Rituals (We Can All Use) To Help Us Manifest More Of What We Want


1. Change our thought patterns

If our thoughts are not in alignment with what we wish to create then it is safe to say that what we want to manifest will not show up in our experience. We must consistently work on changing our thoughts to focus on what we DO want rather than what we DON’T want.

One of the best ways we can do this is through writing. When we put our thoughts on paper we add power to them!

One of the techniques I give my clients is to write a diary entry from the future describing what their life is like when their desire has already manifested.

This enables them to train their mind to focus on where they want to go as opposed to where they are now.


2. Treat ourselves as VIP’s

One thing that became very apparent to me after I successfully manifested free round-the-world business class flights was that; we need to feel worthy of our desires.

If there is any part of us that feels like we don’t deserve our manifestation it simply will not appear.

A simple reminder I love to give to my clients is:

When you value yourself, the universe will value you!

This means spending time each day making sure we are taking tremendously good care of ourselves.

Getting plenty of sleep, nourishing ourselves with high-vibrational foods, affirming to ourselves that we are special and loved – are all good examples.

When we take care of ourselves in this way, we demonstrate to the universe (through our actions) that we believe we are worthy!


3. Listen to our intuition

There is a reason that icons such as Richard Branson and Oprah Winfrey attribute using their intuition as a means to create business success.

It is the path of least resistance.

Our intuition “knows” precisely what action we need to take in order to see our manifestations materialise.

We just need to follow it!

The best practice for tapping into our intuition and using it to manifest our desires is daily meditation.

The reason meditation is so powerful is because it enables us to quiet out thinking mind so the voice of our intuition can be heard.

And when we meditate daily, we enable our conscious awareness to grow to greater and greater heights!


4. Visualise our desires

If we want to create a different reality for ourselves then we need to think greater than our current reality.

One of the best ways we can do this is by using the power of our imagination.

There are plenty of moments in the day where we can find time to daydream about the future we want to create.

In the shower, while exercising, waiting in line at the post office, or just before drifting off to sleep are all prime opportunities to visualise what we want.

The more time we can spend each day projecting ourselves into the future reality we wish to create, the more we become an energetic match to that reality!


5. Access the joy state

If we aren’t having fun doing what we are doing then what’s the point?

So often when new clients come to me they say that they have tried every manifestation trick in the book but with no luck.
9 times out of 10 what I find with those clients is that, where they were going wrong, was that they were taking it all too seriously!
If we take our manifesting practice too seriously we actually start to repel our desires because we find ourselves in a state of need and desperation.
Making the simple process of feeling good our top priority helps us stay in the high vibrational frequency to be able to receive what we want.

Or, in other words:

When we feel good, good things happen!


In closing..

The more we can remember that we are all powerful creators capable of manifesting anything our hearts desire, the more we can rise up and create positive change, not only for ourselves but for the planet as well.

yes, it works literally if you want to manifest your desire then you can implement it in your life once a time it really works if you want to test then do it now.
