This is a really quick hack for your nervous system…go from fight or flight stress mode to rest and digest in a matter of seconds with a simple yogic breath practice, sama vritti or symmetrical breath.

It’s super easy.

Organise your body so you have a tall spine.  Relax your tongue and jaw.  Then breathe in for a count of six and out for a count of six.  Remember the little pauses at the turning points.
