Difficult decisions, grace, and miracles – How to do a reset.

We have noticed that humans are uncomfortable, fearful, and almost frenetic about the process of decision-making. It doesn’t have to be so painstakingly difficult- right decision, wrong decision etc, this difficulty is due to your filters of perception. There was a great book written about the nature of the miracle, you have called it a Course, as if it is something to study. The miracle is natural, and the miracles occur without time, outside of the perspective of time. We view perception as colorful, it can be creative- what is your creation? Dualistic?

There is a stillness based upon trust. That stillness breeds allowance, and in the allowance of each moment you are in the now. This creates flow without perception or the filters of human perspective to allow you to make decisions naturally in duality. You simply allow the Universe to flow into you. All external becomes internal, then all internal flows naturally into creation. This is the natural flow of grace; you do not stop to think “Is this something I should or should not do, or be, or say?”.

Action does not cross your threshold as something to decide over, it is in the moment of the now. It becomes your creation. These moments of flow are ripe with miracles. You don’t choose the miracle, or perceive the miracle, for it is you. Each moment is becoming, being birthed and rebirthed, and created by you.

The more you become accustomed to removing the lens of perception the easier this will be.
Grace embodied does not determine what she will do next, she just does, moves, breathes into each moment with a trust. You will become accustomed to it.

There is an internal reset possible and you can do this for yourself. Your heart is your clock, imagine it as a giant stopwatch. Feel it as your heartbeat, put your hand on your chest, feel it, even on your neck or on your wrist.

Connect in this way whenever you need support. This is a good moment to connect to the Universal Heartbeat, to connect to the truth of Universal Consciousness within you. This is not connecting to your human perspective of consciousness which is waiting for a moment of what-was to reoccur. You no longer have to do that, you no longer have to proactively prevent pain for yourself and others. This should feel relieving to you.

In a moment of perception that becomes agitation you can connect to your pulse, your Universal Heartbeat. Imagine it like a stopwatch, ticking along with the beat of your heart, you are connecting to a new emotion of your heart.

When you are in yesterday’s pain, or in each moment when you have been shrinking or afraid, find the emotion and go backwards, in each heartbeat there is another moment, and then another previous moment, and then another. With your intention to reset each moment, let your heart go. There will be flashes of memory that no longer exist.

You are resetting the brain within the heart, then the memories will go faster. And then eventually there will be no more moments. Go back to the time in the womb and then before you exist in a body. There is stillness, connect to the heartbeat there- then all is well. This is your reset.

You are removing time, resetting and erasing human time and moments until they no longer exist.
As you stand in the eternal present moment, previous moments come marching forward in sequence to be dissolved in order of relevance to your attachments. To do this daily is helpful to remove daily filters of perception, so you can choose your perception based on the now.

Perception is not wrong, or bad. When you reset from the heart the brain is no longer in control; it is no longer reacting to fears and attachments. You have the beautiful connection to the miracle, which has a foundation of trust, allowance, flow and then grace in each moment.
