Yes from time to time do check your fb account but don’t let yourself be carried away in this virtual world…where even love, care and friendship is kind of bizzar…go out with this friend…take her in your arms and give her a hug…not a virtual hug…but a true glue hug!!!
Don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone…and be good to yourself…

Do drop some ideas from time to time on blog…but don’t make it a life…
The virtual world is empty … it slowly look generic…and even if the kind of interaction is practical…at the end it is just practical and not healthy…neither for the mind or for the soul…
Take a walk…go and run…interact with real people…exchange ideas…concept and projects…but don’t just sit and louse those precious days years…you have in front of a mobile…a computer…
Go out and cultivate that garden…buy that plot of land…get married and make babies…cook that pie…bake that bread and let the smell be felt in the home…sit down with your kids…tell them a story…take your life back…
