There are so many good you can do on this earth and time is time…once burt out… you will well never get it back…I sometime sit with my tea next to my mum…she enjoy these sope movies…and I watch for a few min…these movies are exactly what people replicate after…so what you watch is important as well as what you read…behaviour change by habits and all habits can be undo unlearn and relearn…just need willpower…
