We live in the world that is ruled by the great law: the law of attraction. Everything you do, everything you see is affected by it. Many people tell us that your life is created that way.
Some incredibly successful people have changed their lives by simply changing their thoughts. And there is no reason why you can’t change yours, to create a life of your dreams.
You start reading all the books you find about mindfulness, meditation, manifestation. You apply all the methods you can find in the hope of recreating your life.
But you still don’t see any results from it. You still live your ordinary life.
Have you ever wondered, if it is that simple, change your thoughts to change your life, then why doesn’t everyone live the life of their dreams?
The answer is much simpler than you think.
It’s because thinking is not enough. It also requires action. And that’s where most people stuck.
The reason why people find it hard to start acting
We are naturally skeptical creatures. We rarely believe in things we don’t see or experience ourselves. No matter how many people tell us how their lives transform because they change their thoughts, we still find it so hard to follow their steps.
Why?
Because we still have doubt. We create excuses and rational reasons why people successfully change their lives. That’s not because of their thoughts, they change their lives because they are lucky.
For some reason, we categorize ourselves in the “unlucky” part of the world, where no magic will happen. If we cannot lift a pencil using our thoughts, we cannot change our lives with it.
But if you really believe that you are lucky and everything you do will have immediately visible results, what will happen?
If you do one course of exercise today, tomorrow you will have a six-pack ab and hourglass body, will you still procrastinate?
If you decide to pursue your dream today, tomorrow you will have an empire, are you still sitting in your coach and complain your life is not as perfect as you want?
It all starts with beliefs.
Simple trick to let go of doubt and start acting
When you think you really have a strong belief in your dream, ask yourself why you haven’t started already. If you really believe you can make it work, why do you still live your ordinary life and leave your dream life in your imagination?
You are impossible to fail. You never lose, you either win or learn. You are a soul that is granted a body to experience all the greatness in the world. So why even hesitate?
The truth is, even though how hard we try to tell ourselves otherwise, we still have doubts over uncertain things. And your dream is one of those.
It is normal. But it’s not ok if you want to transform your life.
This is a simple trick I use to push myself into the action mood, to get my hands dirty and really start building my own ideal life.
Start saying “Let’s”.
Instead of thinking how great I will feel when living my dream life and tell myself what to do, I say: “Let’s do this”.
A simple sentence for an action. Whenever I say it out loud, my doubt fades away, I know I am on the right track of making my dreams come true.
I do not sit on the couch, watching TV and thinking of losing couple pounds, I say “Let’s exercise” and I work out.
I’ve lost 10 pounds.
I do not hang out in the coffee shop, thinking of how great it will be when I become a writer. I say “Let’s write” and I write.
My writings have been featured on some famous websites, which I used to think only “they” can do it.
Act as if
Everything starts with your thoughts. Whatever you can imagine, you can get it. No matter how big it is.
But in order for you to live the life you want, you need to take it into action. You have to act in the way like all of your desires, your goals are met.
Remember, you don’t act as your current self, you act as your future ideal self.

Hang on there, and watch yourself thrive.
