To the love that once was mine

To the love that I lost. I am unable to let you go. You know you have to, no you should let go of the things that harm your mental peace. But my dear you ain’t one of them. You are the reason behind my words. You have shaped me into a better version of myself. This person loves herself a lot more, believes in herself and yes she’s sincere and not serious. So dearest I have decided I am not letting go of the memories that I had with you. I would cherish all our moments. The little span of time that I spend with you means a lot. So baby I would be waiting for you neither for your acceptance nor for your denial but for a little span of your time.
You have seriously raised my standards a bit too high but that doesn’t matter I have started enjoying myself. You know you are the reason why I am here ( seriously no sarcasms involved ). I have no intention of letting you go. Gear up, one day I am going to sweep you off the floor. I do not believe in letting things go, if they matter they shouldn’t be left to go. Even how much you try to forget them, think otherwise, move on with your life merrily, they are always there hidden in a corner and suddenly in the most unexpected and unwanted moments they come and take all over you, where you lose your own damned composure and let yourself vulnerable.

You are not an object of self pity, your are a star lost somewhere, burning with intensity and passion to reach the galaxy. So, if anyone says that there is something abnormal about you, let them speak you are a beautiful mess who just doesn’t want to settle easily. You have your own dreams that you need to accomplish. And the dear lost love, you were never lost, you are always in my heart, mind and my damned soul. Let’s take our sweet time, we will entangle soon. It’s just that the time is not right now. Let’s wait a bit.
