I don’t know about anyone else, but I love seeing a great view. Since I’m from New England, I like a good outdoorsy view — some lush trees, a babbling creek, and maybe a few wild animals passing by in the distance. And it may be an unpopular opinion, but I love the cold.
I wrote this haiku to illustrate my feelings:
A nice forest stroll.
Still feeling the winter chill.
Loving every view.
It turns out that some people think of “views” in terms of cityscapes and other things too. This blinds retailer rated Boston as having some of the best views across the US. I’m glad one New England town made the list, and I suppose Boston is a beautiful city. But when I want a ‘great view,’ I head out to the woods!

Wonderful! I believe life is too short for a bad view… So true.
