My name is Lauren Moon and my goal is to become the Crocodile Hunter / Ellen Degeneres of Kids Yoga! Huge goal right? Well, I am on my way.
I believe that the future of this country lies in the hands of our children. It is my duty and my passion to provide conscious content to children so that they have ways to manage their emotions and tips on how to be the mindful leaders of our future!
I recently decided to make a kids yoga music video called ‘Wiggle Like A Worm’. It is a great way to get kids doing poses but also allows them to release any pent up energy! We have received 14.9k views in just a few weeks! This is just the beginning and many more videos are on its way.
I am trying to reach as many children, parents, aunts, uncles, grandparents, nannies, and teachers as possible so that they can see and use this video.
We have received such great feedback from teachers and families all over the country so far! On our Facebook page you can see an entire 1st grade class dancing to our song!
This is my passion, this is my purpose. I hope you like what we are creating!
