identify yourselves
identify not only with the brokenness
and bitterness
but with the beauty
the bountiful magnificence
of your femininity
identify with the best you can be
for our children
our future
our families
our earth
identify with the life-giving power
that lies within you
identify with the birthing of yourself
again and again
into newness
with the nurturing that you offer
yourself and this world
identify with the power that lives inside
each of us
knowing that we have the great ability
to make the distant past not last
but to usher forth a new era
of compassionate dealings
with all that surrounds us
through the energy of healing
and love that abounds
with a forward movement
willing
to hold those tender places
in need of care
closely and for as long as necessary
to bring comfort
to a planet in need
