We have No Idea what Love Actually is—& it Shows.
Emily Brown is a transformational coach, writer, and founder of GRLPWRDEN. Most of us were handed a script early — about who to be, how to show up, what we’re worth. We followed it. And somewhere along the way, we lost ourselves in it.
Her work sits at the intersection of mindfulness, psychology, feminist theory, and somatic awareness — helping women name what was put on them, break the patterns that followed, and come home to themselves. She also writes about power, culture, and the systems that shape women’s lives, because the personal and the political have never been separate.
She holds an MA in Women’s Studies and is trained in REBT, MBSR, and positive psychology.
