Aroha Bevan has always had an interest in mindfulness and psychology. She began her career working with children and young adults with disabilities. Her passion for healing led her to study meditation, yoga, Buddhism, Integrated Energy Therapy, and Hypnotherapy.

Her passions have led her all over the globe volunteering and teaching yoga and meditation and offering her healing therapies; whilst learning about cultures, humanity, nature, and shamanism.

Her adventures have taken her all over the globe, from teaching and chanting mantras with a hidden sect of Buddhists in Ghana, volunteering in refugee camps, diving deep into her yoga practice in India, living with shamans and drinking Ayahuasca for months in the mountains of Colombia, working as a children’s yoga teacher in the jungles of Thailand, and living in the middle of the Australian bush.

She now lives by the magical Lake Atitlan, teaching yoga and meditation and offering her healing therapies.

When she’s not working she sings, and hikes and swims in the lake with her beloved dogs.
