Comment: Who’s Your Favorite Local Organic Fast-Food?

When you’re tired, and working 24/7, and can’t leave your laptop…there’s only one answer. It’s a burger! It’s a pizza! It’s…eco fast food?
My favorite ‘mindful’ fast food joints are in Boulder, of course…they’re beginning to use biodegradable togoware, compost 85% of their waste, offer yummy organic burgers, even organic delivery pizza.i But wherever you are, comment and leave the web site address for your favorite fast food joint gone environmentally-responsible. Mindfulness conquers all!

I have, actually. I’ve read Shambhala: Sacred Path of the Warrior about two years ago…and it’s what got me started down the Buddhist path, actually. Interestingly, I picked it up for about a buck or so at my local library book sale. I also own and have read a few things by Pema Chodron also… I’ve read Practicing Peace in Times of War and When Things Fall Apart. Great stuff… all of it.

Thanks, bro, you rock. You’re so positive, proactive…and yet you mean it! A really amazing combination. Have you ever read Trungpa or Pema Chodron?
Yours,

V.G. Burgers rocks… glad I saw the ad in Elephant… it’s what drew me there the first time I went… any business that supports local, independent media gets my vote and dollars!
